What to include
A short message with the right details saves a lot of back and forth.
- A wrong wipe or schedule: the server's name and address, what the site shows, and what you expected. A link to the server's announcement helps a lot.
- A problem with the site: the page you were on, your browser, and what happened.
- Server owners: if you want to correct your server's schedule, tell us the server's address and how we can see that it is yours.
- Offensive or illegal content: server names and descriptions come from their owners. Send us the server's name and address, and we will look at it.
- Privacy requests: say what you need. The privacy policy explains what data exists.
This is a fan project, so we cannot help with bans, refunds, or anything else that happens on a game server. For those, contact the server's own admins or Facepunch.
